"Le Seaview" by EnjoyNice: studio w/ A/C + terrace

Welcome in your "Le Seaview" apartment! You will be enchanted by this studio featuring A/C and sea view and right on the beach : it won't bother you that you merely have to cross the famous Promenade des Anglais to reach the beach. The space This studio is comfortably furnished, and is equipped to welcome up to 4 people. It is located between the city centre and the airport, and you can reach either of them with just a 10-15 minutes tram ride. You will enjoy living in a large home among the locals, close to wonderful bakeries selling "croissants" and "baguettes", various shops, and restaurants offering local culinary specialties. The kitchen is fully equipped with an full-size fridge, an oven, microwave and everything else you can dream of. Guest access Bed linens and towels are included in the total price quoted by Airbnb. A baby cot can be provided, but you must bring the linen for the baby. Of course, you will have access to high-speed internet (WI-FI and wired) and to a TV with hundreds of international channels. The apartment has a washing machine and a dryer. The building is secured (access gate + building door, cameras ...) From the airport, take the tram and hop off at "Lenval Hôpital". From there, the apartment is just 1 minute by foot. A taxi costs about 35-45 euro The apartment is near public transportation, so you won't need a car ... ... but if you have one, you can rent a parking place nearby for about 15 to 28 euros per day (depending on the number of days you stay). Other things to note We would like you to feel at home, relax, and enjoy the quietness, the nice furniture and the cleanliness, while following these few rules: - For the comfort of everybody, smoking is not allowed. - Pets are not allowed in the apartment. - You can check-in from 14:00 to 19:45. For check-ins after 19:45 you will be charged 30 euros, due upon arrival. Arrivals are not possible after 00:00. When exceptions are sometimes made, a surcharge of EUR 50 applies. - You must check-out before 10:00. - Parties (loud music, dancing, loud speaking and shouting) cannot happen in the apartment, as it is located in a quiet residential building. - People under 18 years old are accepted only if they are accompanied by their father or mother.
