Short distance from downtown Reykjavik and just a short walk to coffeehouse/restaurant, bakeries and a grocery store. Perfect spot to discover all that Reykjavik has to offer. The space 30m2 condo with living room and kitchenette, one bedroom and a bathroom with a shower cabinet. Not accessible by wheelchair due to stairs and too narrow doorway. Guest access The condo is all privately yours to use but the garden is shared with the residents (3 families) of the apt building next to.
