Late check out depends on the vacancy (please whatsapp for confirmation) and additional charges apply for late check out after 2:00pm. 6. To ensure a quiet stay, all guests are requested not to make noise in the house during the stay. All guests are asked to respect the “Break Time” from 11:00 pm to 6am. 7. No drugs, gambling, or other activities that go against the Malaysian Laws. 8. Pets are not allowed during the stay. 9 *Pork, alcohol and smoking* are not allowed at home. 10. Not wearing shoes / slippers in the house, penalties will be imposed for any shoe / slipper marks found on the floor. 11. The house should be left in good condition and clean. An additional fee of RM50 will be charged if the house is left dirty and untidy. 12. Any damage or loss of equipment and / or furniture will be charged to the guest at the price shown. 13. No celebrations or any ceremonies are allowed. (including religious ceremonies) 14. Please switch lights, fans, plugs and air conditioning as well as water pili when not in use. 15. It is not prohibited to move the layout of the furniture. 16. No objects (pads and toilet paper) are allowed in the toilet bowl to avoid clogging. 17. Make sure the house key is taken care of. The cost will be applied for the loss of the key. 18. *NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE* for the next customer 'S comfort. A penalty of RM200 will be imposed if there is a cigarette smell in the house and need to take time for the cleaner to remove the smell of cigarettes and losses on our part on the complaint of the next customer.
