Late check-out depends on availability (please whatsapp for confirmation) and additional fees apply for late check-out after 2:00 pm. 6. To ensure a quiet stay, all guests are asked not to make noise inside the house during the stay. All guests are asked to respect the "Rest Time" from 11:00 pm to 6 am. 7. No drugs, gambling, or other activities that contravene Malaysian Laws. 8. Pets are not allowed during the stay. 9 *Pork, alcohol and smoking* are not allowed in the house. 10. No shoes / slippers inside the house, a penalty will be charged for any shoe / slipper marks on the floor. 11. The house must be left in good and clean condition. An additional fee of RM50 will be charged if the house is left dirty and untidy. 12. Any damage or loss of equipment and / or furniture will be charged to guests at the price shown. 13. No parties or ceremonies are allowed. (including religious ceremonies) 14. Please turn off lights, fans, plugs and air conditioners and water faucets when not in use. 15. It is forbidden to rearrange the furniture. 16. Do not throw any objects (pads and toilet paper) into the toilet bowl to avoid clogging. 17. Make sure the house key is guarded. Costs will be charged for lost keys. 18. *NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE* for the comfort of subsequent customers. A penalty of RM200 will be incurred if there is a cigarette smell in the house and it will take time for the cleaner to remove the cigarette smell and losses on our part for customer complaints and so on.
