Serenity Farm Equestrian Retreat in Historic VA

Relaxation at its finest for up to 16 guests at Serenity Farm in historic Gloucester County, VA. We are a working barn that overlooks groomed pastures and luscious gardens while offering views of a private equestrian estate. You will have full private access to this beautifully decorated farmhouse while enjoying the views, amenities, and proximity to history, golf, shopping, and theme parks! Historic Museums, Shopping, Restaurants, Local Breweries, and Art Galleries are only minutes away! The space TV's, washer & dryer, fireplace, fire pit, grill, pool, three dining room seating areas, perfect for a multiple family stay, living room, 5 spacious rooms, media room, hammock, backyard,, outdoor seating areas, free on-site parking, close to restaurants, shopping center, close to highways, pet friendly Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home and all its amenities, indoors and out! We encourage our guests to make themselves at home, kick back, and relax in this cozy space. The common areas are fully accessible to our guests. Two(2) of the 16 guests will be accommodated in the "Theater Room." on its large modular sofa, the room has a lockable door and clothing storage area. Other things to note Serenity Farm Guest Policies SERENITY FARM IS A WORKING EQUINE TRAINING FACILITY - a host MUST accompany all guests to the barn areas. Check-in 3 pm Check out at 10 am Serenity Farm Pool closes at 10:30 pm. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the farm. The central kitchen is available to guests and is located on the lower level of the home. There is also a refreshment center on the second floor for your use. If you require more than two towels per guest, please bring additional linens of your choice. You may use the laundry facilities to refresh your towels at no extra charge, and laundry amenities are supplied. PET RULES: Dogs only are allowed. No dogs above 30 lbs. The following breeds are not accepted at Serenity Farm: German Shepherds, Pit Bulls, Pit Bull Mixes, Rottweilers, or Doberman Pinchers.
