Walkout Basement near Creation Museum

Located 7 miles to the Creation Museum, 42 Miles to Ark Encounter, 15 miles to Skiing. This 1,500 Sqft. walkout basement with private entrance and patio in a nice neighborhood on flagged lot providing guest privacy. Well behaved pets welcomed. Hosts live on property should you need anything during your stay. You will be staying in the basement of our private home so you may hear footsteps and our dog. You are welcome to use the walking trails in the neighborhood. The space It is a 1,500 Sq Foot basement of a three story home. This walk out basement has two rooms (one of which is a theater), a large sleeping area, a kitchen, a bathroom and an eating area. It opens up to a large backyard and has ample parking. If you are handicapped or have trouble walking this property probably would not be a good fit because you do have to walk thru the grass to get to the entrance. Guest access Access to the 1,500 square foot basement, basement patio, access to the front yard, the back yard, parking area, seasonal community pool(s), walking trails, and tennis courts. Other things to note If you are planning to visit the Creation Museum and Ark during your stay: 1. Please check hours of operation. They do have winter days and hours. 2. You may want to consider booking 3 nights instead of 2. Most of our guests that stay only 2 nights say they wish they would have booked 3 nights so they didn’t have to rush through it and could enjoy it more leisurely. Well behaved pets are allowed please let us know when booking. The following fees are for 1 pet: 1-5 Nights: $50 6-14 Nights: $75 15-28 Nights: $100 29+ Nights: $200 Any additional pets will be $25 per pet.
