Getting Around: Park Avenue car park is just a 3–4 minute walk, while Trenwith car park is 9 minutes away. Both offer convenient parking at £10.40 per day or £26 per week via their app. Even cheaper parking (£5–7/day) or free on-street options can be found further from the town centre, but we recommend exploring St. Ives on foot due to its famously narrow streets. The train and bus station, just a 6–8 minute walk, connects to the mainline services to Bristol, London, and beyond, offering an stress-free way to experience the beauty of Cornwall. Guest access Situated on a dead-end street, the whole house is yours with easy level access through your own front door. If arriving by car you can easily stop outside to unload/load before parking in the nearby Park Avenue Car Park that is only 3-4 in walk away. Please note there is a totally separate basement flat below with its own separate access from another street. Other things to note Arrival and departure from the house is easy as the no through road allows you to pull up (on yellow lines) for loading/unloading your car with easy level access straight into the front door.
