Paradise By the Lake (Smith Mountain Lake)

Sitting on 95 acres, our newly renovated home provides privacy, comfort and relaxation. The 2.5 acres pond is swimmable and has a small, private white sand beach for our guests to easily enjoy private swimming. The state park sandy beach is located only 7 minutes away. The entire house is available to our guests. The space Our property is ideal for someone who wants to experience country or farm life style or to just relax in the sun on the front porch. You can take walks on the trails in our own forest, and entertain your adult or children companions. Guest access We are renting the whole main floor which was recently renovated. All 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and all other common spaces like kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry, etc. are located on the main floor. The other full bathroom is located on the second floor. The house will not be shared with anyone, it will be used by only one group at a time.
