Our newly renovated cottage nestled below the Birch trees has 2 bedrooms a full bathroom and state of the art, modern kitchen with open plan living & dining room. Based in a beautiful rural location, Simonsbath, Exmoor National Park. The perfect place for a break away and for those who love the outdoors.Walks onto the moor from the doorstep and country pub opposite. The coast just a 30 minute drive away. Dog and horse friendly, stables are available for you to explore the area on horse back. The space This cottage has two bedrooms and sleeps 4 adults . Bedroom one has a Super King bed and bedroom two is a king size bed which can be split into 2 single beds. Guest access You will have the entire property to yourselves. Check in is easy and you will be sent all instructions before arrival. Other things to note There is a wood burner in the property for your use and there will be a starter of logs and kindling. There is a Nespresso machine in the property there will be couple of pods as a starter. A note on pets. There is a small extra charge of £20 per dog and 2 dogs maximum in the property. Paid use of the stable is available through prior arrangement before arrival.
