El Secadero de Purchil | 10 minutes from downtown

Hi! We are Lourdes and Toni. What we liked most about our house when we bought it was the old restored tobacco dryer that we have prepared so that you can spend a few days enjoying the Vega de Granada. The Secadero de Purchil is an ideal place for those who want to get to know Granada without the rush of the city, enjoying a beautiful environment full of cornfields and with Sierra Nevada in the background. The space This is a two-story detached house that is privately accessed by a patio that you can enjoy. On the ground floor you will find a living room with a sofa and two armchairs, a dining table and a small kitchen so you can prepare whatever you want. And well, there's also a hot/cold air conditioner and a pellet stove in case you feel like turning it on in winter. On the way to the stairs there is a bathroom with a bathtub, a restored vanity and a great light. Upstairs we have a gigantic room with a double bed, a sofa bed, a reading corner with two armchairs and dozens of books and a very powerful air conditioner to make you comfortable. And all within ten minutes of downtown Granada! Guest access Access to our Secadero is independent and opens onto a patio with plants, armchairs, barbecue and dining table that you can enjoy if you feel like it. In addition, you have Wi-Fi throughout the house, a TV that you can connect to your favorite digital platforms and a pellet stove that you will have ready to use if you come in winter.
