Guest Suite with Separate Entry/Self Check-in

Spacious and private one bedroom basement suite. This home has operated as an Airbnb for several years. Our home is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Large windows bring in lots of natural light, welcoming you to this home. It comfortably sleeps 2 people, with an additional 2 being able to sleep on a double air mattress/couch if needed. We are a short drive to downtown, the airport and the stadium. We cater to all and welcome you to stay! The space There has been a lot of thought and effort put into this suite to ensure our guests feel at home. The bedroom features a queen bed and a large dresser, with a large mirror above the dresser. There is no lack of space for clothing as the bedroom and living room have closets. The living room is large with a sofa and chair for relaxing and a 55" LED 4K TV with cable TV. The kitchen is large and includes a dinning room table that seats up to 4 people comfortably. In addition to the fridge, stove, microwave, we have provided a toaster, blender, coffee maker, and electric kettle. Some spices and condiments are also provided. The laundry room is in the basement as well, so there may be times we need to use this, but we try to keep it to a minimum while guests are present. The basement suite door can be closed to the stairs and entrance so privacy is still maintained. Please note there is absolutely no smoking of any kind within the suite, outside is fine. Guest access Guests have access to the entire private basement suite. This suite has a separate entrance with a locking door between the main floor and the basement. Our laundry room is in the basement as well (separated from the suite) we will try to avoid using the laundry room while guests are over, however this is unavoidable if guests are staying longer than a few nights. Other things to note Being that this suite is located in the basement, it is possible for noise to transfer through the floor. We live on the main floor, so we remind all guests to please adhere to the quiet times of 10pm to 7am. We also have a large dog named Beau who loves people, but is high energy. He will be upstairs and in the back yard. Let us know if there are any concerns and we can address them. Our house rules include: - no parties - no smoking in the unit - please take of shoes at the door.
