Enjoy original chalkboards, restored hardwood floors, repurposed fixtures, & vintage architectural finds while lounging in a unique classroom. 3rd Grade features 2 queen mattresses & a convertible sleeper sofa, perfect for 4 guests. Enjoy an efficiency kitchen, cozy sitting spaces, rain shower heads, & nods to old school vintage finds. **The bathroom has an entrance in the hallway, right outside the classroom. There are permanent tenants on the upper floors and four airBnB rental units on the main floor. The airBnB rooms each have their own private bathrooms, plus access to a shared community room.
