Amazing views, updated cozy master suite will bedside wall electric fireplace, fresh linens, private deck, with potential access to the pool, hot tub & fire pit in the lock off suite in the 1785 Inn. Other guests may occupy the Main Inn with their own private space, and this may limit use to certain amenities. Great location, XC Ski & walking trails to a sandy beach on the Saco & restaurants. Please DO NOT REQUEST PEAK TIMES IN ADVANCE, we will not accept since we prefer to book the entire Inn. The space You are reserving a private suite lock off with its own private entrance inside a large Inn. When we lock this off you will have access to your own cooking area, dinning area, living area, deck, patio, king bedroom, with built in wall mount bedside electric modern fireplace, private bath and parking. The Hot tub, pool, and fire pit by the hot tub MAY NOT BE AVIALALBE if the larger part of the Inn has reserved with exclusive use of these amenities. On the entrance, lower lever is the bedroom and bathroom and than head upstairs to the living room, dinning area, kitchen and deck. beyond the living area is a shared game room and laundry area. You will have access directly out your door to paths and trails for xc skiing, hiking and to the Saco River! You can walk to nearby restaurants on these paths to the Moat, local grocer, the Distillery and More! Other things to note We have a king-size bed in the main bedroom and a pull-out couch in the living room. Certain holidays, dates may require rate adjustments, min night stays. PETS NEED PRIOR APPROVAL and agreement to our pet policy. You must send us a message if you are bringing a pet and will need to pay a pet fee. Our property doesn’t have charging capabilities for electric vehicles however you may be able to use the outdoor outlet. Please make sure to get our approval prior so we can monitor in case of any issues and the fee will be $15/night. Since we use independent cleaner and maintenance companies that make their own schedule, we can not guarantee an early check in or late check out. If you wish to request an early or late check in/out, please reach out the day of your arrival or departure. The fee for a 2-hour early check-in is $50, and the same applies for a 2-hour late check-out, if available, to coordinate with the cleaner and maintenance companies to adjust their schedules. We often have same day check in and out, so if you would like to secure an early check in or late check out in advance, it will require us to block and adjust the rate for an additional night.
