This property has free exterior parking and is 2 blocks to downtown Plainfield, consisting of many restaurants, shops, breweries, coupled with a large park & nature area with a river running throught it. A neighborhood pool, parks and more. Is near Naperville, Crest Hill, Shorewood, Joilet, Bolingbrook and Romeoville. 30yrs+ to reserve The space This suite is large, on the second floor. One bedroom has a Queen bed, the Office has a Queen bed and the other bed is a Murphy Bed Full size and can be relocated to any room, now next to the Jack-n-style bathroom. Nice dining room with a butler's pantry and large livingroom. Will add more pics soon. Guest access Walk up a flight of stairs to the large, private unit with warm furnishings... Plenty of sunlight too. Other things to note Laundry, large capacity that is in the basement and shared with other units to schedule their usuage. The basement has rooms with tenants's storage and occasionally a room is rented as well with a temp guest or tenant or a family member or property manager and will keep to their self unless guests would like to meet. The Laundry mat is within a block as well...
