Located on the Virginia Ave Greenway & connected to the Riverwalk, we are a 5-min walk to The Incline, 1885 Restaurant, Little Coyote Restaurant, Goodman's Coffee, Mr. T’s Pizza, Tap House, and The Naughty Cat Café, 1/2-mile to grocery stores & the laundromat; and within 4 miles of Ruby Falls, Rock City, and Downtown Chattanooga. Amenities include a full kitchen (w/ dishwasher), full bath, queen bed, queen sofa bed, 2 large closets for storage, a separate entrance, and off street parking. Built new in the fall of 2019 the Green Garage is a comfortable, clean studio style guesthouse for 1-4 people with plenty of off-street parking and a separate entrance. Enjoy your stay in the heart of St Elmo, just steps away from the Incline or a short drive to Downtown Chattanooga & Lookout Mountain. Guests have access to off-street parking and the apartment. The apartment is located on the second floor of our detached garage. We also come and go from the back of our home to the garage and carport so you will more than likely see us coming and going, or working out in the garage. We will say hi, but not invade your personal space! We are available for any needs, directions, recommendations, or climbing beta, and we can be reached via text anytime of the day. St. Elmo The Green Garage is a 5 minute walk on the Virginia Avenue Greenway to “Downtown St. Elmo" which hosts the Incline Railway, restaurants, a tap house, a coffee shop, and ice cream parlor. The grocery store and laundromat are also just a 5 minute walk. Bus lines run the main road of St. Elmo Ave or ride your bike from the VA Greenway onto Chattanooga's Riverwalk. It is approximately 4 miles to Ross's Landing and the center of downtown Chattanooga via the Riverwalk.
