Our house is located 2 km from the center of Deggendorf at a slight elevation. The loosely built residential area is surrounded by greenery with no through traffic. The nearby mixed forests invite you to take a relaxing walk. The holiday apartment with its own bathroom is located on the upper floor of the house. The sloping ceilings create a very cozy atmosphere. Solid wood furniture and cork floors with natural surfaces contribute to a healthy, comfortable climate. The space The living room is divided into cooking/dining and living areas (with sofa bed). Large skylights light up the entire living room. In the separate bedroom, a large, comfortable double bed ensures restful sleep. There is enough storage space for clothes, etc. If required, a small desk can be placed in the living room. The apartment includes a spacious bathroom with a shower and natural light. Guest access The entrance area of ​​the house is for shared use. The apartment is located on the top floor..
