This spacious one bedroom with king size bed loft studio apartment is a newly built cottage centrally located in Savannah's serene neighborhood of Wilmington Island. It is 15 minutes from Historic Downtown Savannah and 15 minutes to the beaches of Tybee Island. This simple yet stylish "Scenic Suite" features a kitchenette (NO STOVE) and all the amenities necessary to guarantee a comfortable stay. The space Enjoy your morning outside on the rocking chairs with a hot cup of coffee made from the single cup Keurig pod coffee maker. You may also hear our neighbor's rooster crow in the background. It's audible outside, not so much from the inside. This completely separate one bedroom with king size bed studio is 750 square feet of space. This is a newly built duplex. We rent each side to a couple. Each side has their own completely separate private entrance. You will enter through the FRONT door. Their entrance is around the back. There is a hallway with a deadbolted door adjoining the 2 spaces. The shared wall has rock wool deadening insulation as well as sound dampening drywall. You may still hear some muffled sounds. We ask that you respect your neighbor by keeping your noise level down. KITCHENETTE: *NO STOVE ONLY has: sink, microwave, toaster, refrigerator with freezer, single-cup Keurig coffee maker Items provided: 2 ceramic plates & bowls, 2 coffee mugs, 2 glass stemless wine glasses, 2 regular wine glasses, 2 reusable plastic cups, 2 sets of silverware; 2 kitchen towels, 6 K-cups, creamer, & sugar. These condiments will be stored in the kitchen drawers. Wooden dish drying rack is provided. It is stored under the kitchen sink. There is also dish soap and sponge BATHROOM: *NO BATHTUB ; ONLY walk-in shower Items provided: 4 towels, 2 hand towels, 2 washcloths (will receive more with longer stays) 2 Mega size toilet paper rolls, hair dryer, 1st Aid Kit There is a shampoo, conditioner, & body wash soap dispenser in the shower. We use Ginger Lily Farms Botanicals in Green Tea & Lemongrass scent. There is a Kroger & a Publix Grocery store only a couple minutes down the road if you need a specific item or more of something. Unfortunately nothing is walking distance. The closests restaurants are about 5 minutes driving distance. These restaurants include Cilantro's Mexican, Lilli's Restaurant, Kobe Sushi & Hibachi, Current Kitchen, Flying Fish Bar & Grill, and Kanpai. All these restaurants are on Wilmington Island. There are also a ton of restaurants on Tybee Island that are about 10 minutes away. My absolute favorite on Tybee is Sundae Cafe! The other amazing restaurants are Downtown Savannah which are about 15 minutes away. WiFi is provided; There are two 50" flat screen Smart TVs so you can stream all your favorite shows We are located on an island and near some woods. The hot humid climate means lots of bugs. We spray for bugs, but some may come crawl out and die. They may walk or fly in when you load and unload your items. NO REFUNDS FOR SPOTTING A BUG! We require a minimum 2-night for weekend stays. NO check-in OR check-out on Saturdays. RULES: Check-Out is 10:00 am Absolutely NO pets allowed. NO smoking NO children under the age of eight. NO extra guests are allowed unless I am notified.
