Newly redecorated private apartment close to Glenrothes town centre - one bedroom (plus sofa bed in the living room); private parking. Patio area and hot tub. Our local country pub (The Fettykil Fox) is only a two minute walk from the accommodation. The space One bedroom with small double bed, double sofa bed in the living. Modern toilet and shower room. Our accommodation is ideally suited for two guests. We do allow up to four as we get many families staying. However the accommodation is not suitable for four adults wanting stay for more than one night. Guest access Hot tub and garden area plus private parking in gated courtyard. Hot Tub and Garden available 8am to 10pm only. Due to being in a residential area there can be no usage of the hot tub post 10pm. This is part of a condition of our license and if you feel you cannot honour this ask please look elsewhere where there may be different curfew rules. No parties under any circumstances. Only those staying at the apartment can use the garden and hot tub. Other things to note A wide variety of snacks and drinks are provided complimentary. Some of the products have a best before date. However it’s been given an extended shelf life and the product is still of good quality. EV charging available at a cost of 35p kw. However if octopus schedules a charge day time it can be 7p kw for a max of 6 hours. Due to electricity prices rising bookings between Nov and Feb will incur an additional £10 to cover hot tub usage.
