Warm house - country setting near lake

Quiet in a small hamlet of Gerbaix, discover our newly renovated large house, ideally located a few minutes from the lively village of Novalaise and Lake Aiguebelette. The house has a large garden with children's games and shaded terrace. It is located 3 minutes from Novalaise, a pretty village with all the necessary shops and a 2x market per week (Wednesday and Sunday). Lake Aiguebelette and its beaches are an 8 min drive. The space Our house consists of the following rooms: On the ground floor: - 1 entrance / dining room - 1 living room with direct access to the garden - 1 kitchen - 1 bathroom with bathtub and changing table - 1 WC Upstairs: - 1 bedroom with 1 king bed sixe 200x200 and a cot - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 140x190 and a single mattress 90x190 - 1 bedroom with two single beds 90x190 - a bathroom with shower cabin and toilet Outside: - a children's play gantry - a wooden hut and various children's games - a shaded terrace with a large table - a lush garden! Other things to note Please note: we have a TV screen but no box giving access to TV channels. We only use it to watch movies from a computer. If you feel like watching TV, you'll need to bring a laptop with an HDMI socket.
