Come unplug at this unique 3 acre oceanfront property in the tranquil seaside community of Jordan River. Relax in this spacious modern bungalow with large picture windows 30 meters above the Pacific Ocean for great views. Surf access right from the beach and warm up after in the saltwater hot tub and outdoor shower. Grill up a feast after a day of adventuring on the full outdoor kitchen. Finish the day off with a backyard propane fire or hike the adventure trail down for a fire on the beach. The space The house has a large, open living area with woodstove and adjacent open concept kitchen all with stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and the Olympic peninsula. The master bedroom has a king bed, a single day bed and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a single bunk on top and is located off the kitchen beside the main bathroom and laundry room. The house is located on a 3 acre oceanfront treed lot with hammocks, a propane fire pit and a viewing deck. We have a steep private trail going down to the beach through lush rainforest under the canopy of mature Cedar, Fir and Hemlock trees to access a driftwood swing, the beach and fire pit. Guest access Back door code locked for easy access at anytime Other things to note The house is located on a plateau/ bluff 100 ft above the ocean with a steep trail through lush rainforest down to the beach. Please note this trail is advanced with ladders, bridges and steep and slippery sections. Please use caution and may not be suitable for all people, small children or people with disabilities. The large driveway has shared access for parking to an adjacent cabin on the property which may be occupied by the owners or other guests but does not affect privacy of the main house. The trail down to the beach also meets up partway down (separate entrances from the top). To respect our neighbours and other guests, the 10 pm outdoor quiet time is strictly enforced. Please check to see if there are any fire bans in the area before having a campfire on the beach. Cell service is spotty to nonexistent in the area. Firewood supplied is for indoor wood stove only.
