Villa with 4BR/3BA, Pool, Guest House, Art/Music/Game Studio and Bikes in Prime Area The space Our home includes a main house, art/music studio and guest cottage which surround a center courtyard with a large deck, concrete dining table, lawn, pool, bocce court and olive orchard. The main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full recently remodeled bathrooms. Master bedroom has a Cal King bed and private bathroom with dual sinks. Second bedroom has a Queen bed. Third bedroom has twin beds. There is an office adjacent the twin bedroom. Our home is reminiscent of a tuscan villa, with rustic wood floors, and a large country farm table. The kitchen has concrete countertops, new stainless steel appliances, a country farm sink, and is fully stocked with all modern amenities. There is a breakfast nook and two person bar adjacent the kitchen, perfect for guests to mingle while preparing dinner. The kitchen opens up to the great room with living area, dining room, and gas fireplace. Living/dining room patio door opens up to courtyard with large deck for barbecuing and outdoor dining. There is a concrete table for 10 under olive shade trees, and a built-in charcoal barbecue. The separate 1 bedroom/1 bathroom cottage features wood and tuscan tile floors, TV, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, queen bed, air conditioning, and a private deck/patio overlooking the bocce court and olive orchard. There is a 800 sq. ft. open studio with art table, stage, guitar, karaoke machine, keyboard, ping pong and foosball table. The saline pool stays warm in the summer with a thermal cover. There are 6 hybrid bikes, helmets and 2 locks. The property is located on Sonoma's East Side, complete with a rich variety of vineyards and wine tasting, including Gundlach Bundschu, Buena Vista, Scribe, and Sebastiani. Sonoma Square is a flat 1.5 mile bike ride or stroll away. The Lovall Valley Loop is a great road bike ride just outside our front door. We keep it cool on hot days by keeping curtains closed during the day, and opening the windows to the typically cool Sonoma nights. The guest cottage does have air conditioning. Check in (after 4pm)/out (before 11am) is weekdays only. We have a strict 9:30pm loud noise curfew. PLEASE BUY TRAVEL INSURANCE.
