Ashleigh House was previously an Old Rectory, built in 1866 of stone, and is situated in a beautiful parkland setting. This flat is a converted annexe to the house, at the right side of the main building. It is self-contained, with own parking space and own front door. It has recently been re-furbished to include a main double bedroom. Ideal for couples or a single traveller. The space You will arrive straight up to the door, your own private parking space. There is a key lock on the door so you may enter even if your arrival is late. There is a small sitting room with 2 seater sofa, small magazine rack/side table, TV, and a table that would sit 2 for dinner or the use of your laptop etc. To the right is a small, well-stocked, galley kitchen with breakfast bar, 2 stools, 2-ring induction hob, fridge, microwave and plinth heater, kettle and toaster. At the further end of the lounge is a shower room, wash basin and toilet. The stairs lead up to a large, peaceful, open plan bedroom with comfortable double bed, electric blanket, 2 spacious bedside tables, one housing a hair dryer, wardrobe and chair. Mostly it's described as cute!! Guest access The whole of the interior and the front door parking space is available for guests. around the back there is a garden table and chairs which are for the use of visitors. Other things to note We are happy to take dogs, no more than two in this small space, but will require a fee of £20 per dog to cover the extra cleaning that is entailed with an animal in the place. Please let me know before booking and I will modify the price accordingly. May we please ask that you do not allow your animals on the bed or furniture.
