Close is the town Maumee. With all the concerns surrounding COVID-19, we want to provide some peace of mind. The safety and comfort of our guests is paramount. We are reinforcing our safety measures to ensure your protection when lodging with us. Here’s how: *We rigorously sanitize our properties before and after every guests’ visit. *We thoroughly disinfect all surfaces, handles, knobs, switches, remotes, drawers, etc. Guest access We have a NON-Smoking, NO Party and NO Pets Policy in the house or on the property. You have the use of the Entire house and Property, With the Exception Of the Master Bedroom Suite, which is Locked. If any guests attempt to go into this space, or violate the above mentioned, any violation of this policy will result in a fee of $350. Thank you! Other things to note The home sleeps comfortably 4 people in the two bedrooms, however for an additional two guests, (an extra $25 charge per person) there is a queen size pull out bed in the sofa. We often get asked for events, such as 'getting ready for your wedding day', baby shower, etc. For such an occurrence, we would need to know the specifics and there would be an additional venue fee.
