First floor twin bed

Flat 2 is on the first floor and has twin beds and a sofa bed. The flat is small with just enough room for everything you need and great views. There is fast WIFI, Sky stream with movies , TNTsports and Netflix premium. Downstairs in the laundry room you have access to the washing machine and dryer and extra towels . The parking space is on the Farncombe Hill forecourt, EV charging is available and there is a small shared garden. This flat is pet free but pets are welcome in the other flats . The space Pound corner is a three story house with a flat on each floor . The upper floors have great views over the Surrey Hills . We are located on the corner of Farncombe Hill and Binscombe Lane . There is traffic noise during rush hour but at other times it is fairly quiet. Reducing our carbon footprint is very important to us. We have an air source heat pump for heating and hot water powered by solar panels and 100% green electricity. Guests have access to our laundry facilities and a shared garden . We offer fast WIFI and a good selection of streamed TV services including Netflix premium . There is one parking space for each flat and EV charging is available . The nearest main line station is Farncombe , 5-7 minutes walk. The busy shopping centre of Guildford is just one stop and trains to London Waterloo run hourly taking about 45 minutes. There is also a bus stop right outside the house with frequent buses to Guildford and Godalming . Godalming has a small shopping centre with a good choice of restaurants and is walkable in 15-20 minutes .
