Situated in open countryside this, first floor, self contained loft space sits close to our working farm. While enjoying far reaching countryside views it has been designed wholly with our guests comfort in mind. Enter via the external stairs into a fitted kitchen/living section, a sleeping area with king size bed & a shower room. A balcony area with seating offers the chance to relax outside. Guests have a designated parking area & private entrance. Ideal for anyone who enjoys the countryside. The space Although compact this loft conversion offers a well equipped fitted kitchen (with fridge (ice box) and dishwasher), living & dining area. The sleeping area (king size bed) is partitioned from the main living area and leads to a modern shower room. Outside is a balcony area with bistro table & chairs. Welcome pack includes tea/coffee/biscuits etc and also our own free range eggs when available. Towels, toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, bodywah, soap) & cleaning products supplied. Guest access You have your own private parking space for one car (please message us if you would like to bring 2) and entrance is via an external stair case. There is a washing machine available for your use in the utility area close by. This is a shared space with ourselves. Unfortunately we are unable to offer guest access to the farm yard (due to health & safety) but there are usually animals in the nearby fields for you to see. Other things to note Please note that the property sits on the edge of a working farm and close to the main farmhouse. The farm driveway goes by the property, so expect some farm traffic and noise at times although our farm activities should not impact on your stay. We are situated in open countryside so, whilst benefitting from wonderful views, it can be windy at times. All ammenaties are a drive in the car away from the property, so come prepared and embrace the countryside!
