Just a quick heads-up — there’s a boxing gym next door that can sometimes get a bit lively, especially with their music. If it ever gets too loud, feel free to message us on and we’ll sort it out right away. We’re also leaving some earplugs for you, just in case you need a little extra quiet for sleep. ⚡️ GENERATOR USE : Siargao’s power situation — the island does experience occasional fluctuations and outages. As an Airbnb, we’re not able to run the generator 24/7, especially during odd hours at night. Out staff need to rest too. It’s reserved mainly for long-term or scheduled blackouts lasting more than 3 hours. For safety and fire concerns, we also don’t allow guests to operate the generator themselves — this is to keep everyone safe and avoid any accidental damage or liability. To help with short-term needs, we’ll be providing portable power stations you can use for fans, charging phones, or laptops. Just make sure to keep them charged when not in use! No Parties or Unauthorized Gatherings This is a peaceful home, and we kindly ask that you respect our neighbors. Loud music, large gatherings, and parties are strictly not allowed. 2. Keep the House Neat and Clean • Please treat the space as if it were your own. • Clean up after yourself, and avoid staining furniture, linens, or appliances. • If you spill something, wipe it up immediately to prevent damage. • Housekeeping is provided once a week for free. If you would like additional cleaning, you may arrange it with our helper for an extra fee, which should be paid directly to her. 3. Laundry & Utilities • A washing machine is available for free use. Please take care of it and follow proper washing instructions. • If you prefer our helper to do your laundry, you may request this for an additional fee, to be paid directly to her. • Electricity and WiFi are free for short-term guests. However, if you stay for more than a month, we may charge for electricity. • For long-term guests, we offer a monthly rental rate of 85,0000 a month plus electricity costs. Please message us for details. 4. Keep Noise Levels Down • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. • Be mindful of noise levels, especially in shared or outdoor areas. 5. Proper Trash Disposal • Segregate your trash into biodegradable, recyclable, and non-recyclable waste. • Do not leave trash bags outside the door or around the home, as this can attract pests. • Please message our staff for proper disposal instructions. 6. Respect the Property & Community • Do not move or rearrange furniture. • Please turn off lights, fans, and air conditioning when leaving the home. • Lock all doors and windows when going out for security. 7. Communicating with Our Staff • Our team is happy to assist you, but please keep in mind that we are not a resort. Guests are expected to be able to take care of themselves. • Our staff is not available 24/7, so please be mindful of the time when reaching out. • For non-urgent matters, kindly message during reasonable hours. • If you have any special requests, please let us know in advance so we can do our best to assist.
