The building located on 1140 Franklin Ave is a lovely home built in 1900 by ship builder Ferdinand Fisher and was established as a bed and breakfast in May of 1986. Astoria is such a historic town and every building has incredible architecture, history and a story. Every restoration seems to respect the era of the original structure and this reflects the beliefs of the town and its people and their commitment to Astoria’s history. I am in love with this town and hope you will too. The space The guesthouse has 6 rooms and each of them has an attached bathroom. Guests will enjoy the uniqueness of each room and share its warm and cozy sun-lit living room with other guests. This room is conveniently located on the second floor. You can sit back and relax listening to radio or watch a DVD. The room includes patio with Columbia river view, antique vanity and kitchenette with dining table. This room size is about 329 sq ft. You can also book the attached kid room as well.
