The building located on 1140 Franklin Ave is a lovely home built in 1900 by ship builder Ferdinand Fisher and was established as a bed and breakfast in May of 1986. Astoria is such a historic town and every building has incredible architecture, history and a story. Every restoration seems to respect the era of the original structure and this reflects the beliefs of the town and its people and their commitment to Astoria’s history. I am in love with this town and hope you will too. The space The guesthouse has 6 rooms and each of them has an attached bathroom. Guests will enjoy the uniqueness of each room and share its warm and cozy sun-lit living room with other guests. This room is conveniently located on the second floor. You can sit back and relax listening to radio or watch a DVD. The room includes patio with Columbia river view, antique vanity and kitchenette with dining table. This room size is about 329 sq ft.
