Connect with the outdoors with this amazing accommodation experience at award winning Moose Meadows Farm. Located in Bouchie Lake - 15 km. west of Quesnel, guests will share the land with horses, donkeys, ponies, alpacas / llamas and a wide variety of local wildlife. The Tent Cabin is far enough away from the house that guests have much privacy and a wonderful view. You will not be disappointed! The space The "Tent Cabin" is a 14' x 16' Canadian made canvas wall tent on a covered western red cedar base; complete with a deck, railings and solar lights. Inside the cabin is a "one of a kind" Queen size bed with Douglas fir tongue and groove flooring manufactured by the Yunesitin First Nation in Horsefly. Facilities are an outhouse close by with a covered picnic shelter a short walk away for cooking and eating. Guest access The Tent Cabin is located in its own paddock which is fully fenced for safety. Over the rail fence, guests will be able to view and visit with horses, ponies, donkeys, sheep and alpacas / llamas. The picnic shelter is available for cooking. Facilities are an outhouse. Other things to note No Smoking anywhere on the farm - please. A night at the Tent Cabin includes use of a propane fire pit and outdoor benches.
