In a super safe and quiet area that will allow you to relax and rest to the fullest. It is a current construction in white colors that allow you to feel the spaciousness and light: the rooms are spacious, with large windows and large closets, fully furnished and decorated so that you can enjoy every moment in this Home. Guest access All of you are welcome, Casa Letran has a minimal black gate which is cared for by Esperanza, the person who cleans the house, or Mrs. Beatriz, who is in charge of Casa Letran in its entirety or, in her case, Mauricio. and I your Hosts. You will go up a few steps and you will find the open area before entering the house, a small garden and potting area. Just after another few steps will lead you to the double entrance doors (one metal and one wooden). Passing them we find the hall of the house with some paintings and full-length mirrors as well as pots, this area is double height which gives us a lot of light and spaciousness. On the right hand side are the stairs that take us to a distributor with a rack with kitchen items as well as to your chosen room and bathroom. Welcome ! Other things to note In Casa Letran you can also hold events, apart from staying with us, we have an area that is rented in advance and is independent from the four studios... it is a very large garden with a terrace for barbecues, birthdays, romantic dinners, deliveries of rings, marriage proposals, bachelorette parties, baptisms, first communions, etc... ask for information about this in case you are interested! fabi cobian
