This is a listing of two 4bed modern villas (total 8bedrooms) next to each other that can accommodate up to 20 people. The villas are located in the centre of Berawa walking distance from cafes They include : • Two 8m pools with sun loungers • BBQs • 2 open plan living areas • 3 smart TVs with Netflix & board games • 2 modern marble kitchens • Fast fiber optic WIFI up to 100mbps • 8 large bedrooms • 8 en-suite luxury bathrooms • High chair & baby cot (upon request) The space PRICE INCLUDES: • Accommodation for 20 people. For more than 16 people, we will place an extra fold out bed per person at no extra charge. If something is broken we will use part of this amount to repair it/replace it.* LOCATION: The villas are within walking distance to Berawa cafes and restaurants and 1.4km (6min) from Berawa beach, Finns Beach Club and Atlas Beach Fest (Southeast Asia's largest one-stop entertainment center). There are several supermarkets and a park perfect for jogging and outdoor workouts close by. Check the villas' guide book for recommendations on where to go and what to do nearby. THE VILLAS: This is a listing of two modern 4bed interconnected luxury villas so total 8bedrooms that can fit up to 20 people. The villas have ample sun light thanks to their huge glass doors overlooking the pool areas. 2 OPEN PLAN LIVING AREAS (1 PER VILLA): The open plan living areas include: • Two western style modern marble kitchens with oven, fridge, water dispenser, microwave, toaster, rice cooker plus much more (1 per villa) • The kitchens also feature one safety box each • Two 10pax dining tables for one too many dinners (1 per villa) • Two huge comfy sofas with coffee tables and smart flat screen TVs with Netflix (1 per villa) • There are also board games for guests to use *Each dining area can fit up to 10 people. This means that for breakfast, lunch or dinner you will have to split per villa* POOL AREAS: • Two 8M * 3M private pool and grass area (1 per villa) • The pool areas also include sun loungers and shaded chilling spaces with comfy sofas and coffee tables • BBQs by the pools are also available for guests to use • Guest toilets (1 per villa) BEDROOM SUITES: • There are 8 bedrooms in total (4 per villa) with en-suite luxury bathrooms. • The master bedrooms (1 per villa) are larger in size. • In terms of bedding arrangement: 4 bedroom suites feature super king size beds (200*200cm), 2 bedrooms have queen size beds (160*200cm), while there are 2 twin bedrooms. • The first villa has three super king size bedrooms (200*200cm) and one twin bedroom. The second villa features one super king size (200*200cm) bedroom, two queen size (160*200cm) bedrooms and one twin bedroom. • Some king size bedrooms have canopy beds with mosquito nets. • All bedroom suites include AC, ceiling fan, built in wardrobes and office space, while some have private lounge spaces and balconies • All 8 bathrooms (4 per villa) have shower and hot water, while 4 out of the 8 en-suite bathrooms also have 2 sinks each and bathtubs. • We have taken care of each and every detail to guarantee a great night’s sleep.
