As with any basement apartment, you may hear some footfalls when we walk upstairs, and the normal sounds of water when using bathroom/kitchen. Only 2 adults live upstairs so it’s much quieter than most. Enjoy a stroll around Kaysville’s Arboretum Park anytime-literally right behind the house. There are 2 security cameras on the RV pad, a ring video doorbell on front door to our main house and one for our front porch & on our backyard exterior door. Remember this is a smoke/vape/pet/event free property. Entire basement apartment for your use. No shared spaces. Happy to help however needed but we generally do not interact socially with guests. Your privacy is a top priority. You probably won’t ever see us, but we are always available to communicate thru Airbnb app. Quiet residential neighborhood. Close to Angel Street Soccer Park, a 15 acre arboretum style park with playgrounds, pavilions, soccer fields, walking path.. @ 1 mile to Smith's Marketplace Grocery Store. 2 miles from I-15 Freeway. 15 mins to Lagoon Amusement Park and Farmington's Station Park shopping area. 25 mins to downtown SLC, or SL International Airport. 30 minutes to Snow Basin Resort. Parking is so convenient! Park right outside your entrance on RV pad on west side of house-- just steps to your private entrance to the apartment. Can park 2 cars deep if needed. No overnight street parking during winter. Consumables like toilet paper/paper towel/soaps/shampoos etc may only be provided for the first week of your stay. Longer term stays require those items to be provided by guest after initial supply runs out. Great parking right outside apartment door. This property is smoke/vape/pet/party free. $500 fine per day for violating. No designated smoking area anywhere on property.
