Open garden studio in the heart of the SE Portland

This spacious and open floor plan garden studio is in the heart of SE Portland. Within steps of the Belmont District, a few blocks from Hawthorne Blvd, Division St, Stark St, 28th & Burnside, and so much more. You can easily walk, bike, or bus to awesome places to see, drink, eat, visit, etc. An excellent launching point for all of the Rose City, we are a short bike ride or bus to Downtown, museums, and concert venues. Enjoy all that Portland has to offer at this centrally-located neighborhood. The space The studio is an open floor plan with a full bathroom (shower only) with a combined washer and dry. The sofa also folds out to a bed, specific sheets (labeled) are in the close next to the bathroom. There is a bluetooth Sonos speaker provided for you as well as games, PDX info, etc. The french doors open to a bistro seating area for you and there is a small garden to the right of the studio as you face out. Guest access You have access to the whole studio space. There is a table for two that is also for guests only. The fire pit and BBQ area are shared with our family. We will respect your space and not use them if you are. Other things to note Nike sponsors a shared bike system called "Biketown." There is a station 0.2 miles (3 minute walk) from the studio. The bikes have an electric pedal assists, a small cargo area in front of the handle bars, and are self locking. The frame is designed for various sized persons and is easily adjustable.
