Luxury Shepherd’s Hut with idyllic views & hot tub

Come and enjoy our luxury shepherd’s hut with idyllic countryside views. Relax in our wood fired hot tub or enjoy some alfresco dining. Roast marshmallows on an open fire pit or simply relax and listen to bird song. Take a stroll over the fields with local footpaths right on your doorstep. We have beaches within 10 minutes drive, local pubs and near by historic sites such as Herstmonceux Castle and Observatory Science Centre, Battle Abbey, Pevensey Castle and many more. The space If you are looking for a romantic getaway or small family holiday this is the place for you. The Green Hut is suitable for either couples or a family of up to four (a couple and two children, a couple with a baby or three adults). There is a very comfortable king size bed in the bedroom and a small double sofa bed in the sitting room. We also offer a travel cot and high chair for those couples who want to getaway with their baby/toddler - please be careful with toddlers near the steps and the wood burner if on. We can also provide toys, children’s cups and plates etc (please ask and we will do our best to help with anything you may have forgotten to bring). Guest access The hut and hot tub are private for guests and one off road parking space is provided. Other things to note Our house is quite close to the hut and we have a young family and a dog who may sometimes be running around in our garden in the holidays or weekends. Our very friendly dog sometimes likes to come and say hello to our guests but we do try and keep him away. My husband and I usually work from home so there is generally always someone here to help with anything you need. Guests can either bring their own logs for the hot tub / fire or we charge £10 per basket of logs. It takes 2-4 hours to heat up the hot tub, although we are happy to help if guests are unsure how to do this.
