Renovated Village House with Heated Pool

(Heated pool, closed from the end of September to April inclusive) Our air-conditioned accommodation is located in the charming village of Saint-Hilaire, a few steps from its abbey. Formerly old wine vats, our atypical gîte has been completely renovated. Saint-Hilaire is located between Carcassonne (16 km) with its unmissable medieval city and Limoux (13 km). We benefit from all amenities: bakery, pharmacy, tobacco/grocery store… as well as a great cultural wealth! The space Welcome to our renovated 100 m2 cottage. It offers all modern comforts while retaining its charm with its exposed stones and beams. Entrance to the main living room. Upstairs is a landing overlooking the only bathroom/toilet in the accommodation (unfortunately we had to adapt to layout of the old wine vats that do not allow us to create other sanitary facilities). The landing also opens to the first bedroom (160 x 200 bed). At the living room level, a staircase leads down to the kitchen-dining room. A washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee machine (the sublime barista gold) as well as all the elements for cooking are available. Another staircase descends from the kitchen to a hall overlooking the patio and pool access. This hall leads to the second bedroom (160 x 200 bed) which can itself communicate with a windowless room containing a bunk bed and access to the patio. A dressing room/game room is accessible via the hall and/or the room containing the bunk bed. (Iron available) We share our pool with you. Guest access The entire house is at your disposal. You can enjoy your patio on the ground floor to have your meals, enjoy the sun and also share with us our pool area from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Other things to note Bakery / pharmacy / tobacco-grocery store / abbey accessible a few steps from the house. Pool area open between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. (heated/closed from the end of September to April inclusive) Check-in after 5pm (unless previously arranged) Checkout at 10am at the latest Coffee machine (the or barista sublime)
