( NO PARTY ALLOWED ) The space Our neighborhood is very calm, so it is normal to see people walking and enjoying the mornings, so please respect the speed limit Important clarification about guests, events, and gatherings I want to be very clear about the property rules: no additional guests are allowed. Only the people listed in the reservation can be in the house. The occupancy limit is minimal and already established. For this reason: • I do not allow parties • I do not allow events • I do not allow gatherings of any kind If your request does not comply with these rules, please do not submit it to avoid wasting your time I appreciate your understanding and respect for the property’s rules. Guest access The pool is private, but we don't offer an individual heater during the cold months. So, it's up to each guest if they want to use it. Other things to note the cabin is located in an area where there is a forest behind ,It is very normal to have all kinds of insects around the place and sometimes inside the property like spiders , frogs and bees ( all friendly: Additional Guests – House Rule Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Visitors are not permitted, even if they are not staying overnight. Additional people create extra costs (utilities, amenities, and cleaning), so all guests must be registered and paid for in advance.
