Greek house outskirts of Ahmedabad

A unique and tranquil getaway (featured on AD) surrounded by lush green fields. It's Greek Architecture,Serene white walls, open Courtyard in the centre, Endless Fields and huge Garden is a nature lovers paradise. The space It has 4 bedrooms, All with en-suite bathrooms. 3 Bedrooms have double beds and one the 4th bed room has a family bed ( good for 4 adults ). Additional sleeping arrangements can be made on request. All bedrooms have courtyard/garden views. The central open courtyard (highlight of the house ) has a swing to sit on and have your morning cup of tea. The living room is equipped with long Sofa's and a SMART TV. We also have a kitchen with microwave, fridge and gas stove. The house is surrounded by a huge Garden and an outdoor courtyard. There are two terraces , one of them has a lovely open sitting area to have a birds eye view of the surroundings. The house also has a telescope for you to star gaze in the night. Come here to live and fall in love with nature. Additional guests upto a total of 20 people are free, we have space in bedroom for as listed above and then a few makeshift temporary beds. The other guests will have to adjust in the living rooms. Guest access The whole house is accessible to guests. Other things to note House Rules: o No Alcohol, Drugs or any Banned/Illegal Substances allowed. o No Smoking inside the Cottage. o No Non-Vegetarian food allowed to be cooked or consumed in the villa. o No parties, loud music, fire crackers, etc. without prior consent from owner. o No decoration anywhere inside the cottage or in the garden ( unless prior consent received ) o No littering. Please manage the trash (House Waste, Kitchen Waste, Cigarette Butts, etc.) responsibly. o No unregistered guests and/or visitors allowed. Total number of guests shall not exceed beyond the actual booking. o The cottage shall remain accessible to the caretakers, property owners and police personnel during random patrolling at all times for inspection. It may be locked from inside while occupied but will remain open if moving out of the property. No house keys will be handed over to the guests at any time during the stay. o Guests are solely responsible to take care of their personal belongings. o Please keep the Doors and Windows Closed to especially during evening to Avoid Mosquitoes and Insects entering the Cottage. Apply Mosquito Repellant while going out depending on the season and time. o House cleaning (Floor Sweeping and Mopping) will be done once in a day. Any additional facilities like washing of utensils, clothes, cooking can be discussed with the caretaker separately for an additional charge directly payable to them. o Linen is changed once before the check-in for short stay of up to 7 days. For long stay of more than 7 days, the Linen will be changed once every week. o Power Backup:While we do have power backup on the villa, We do not have a Genset currently at the Villa. o Common Areas are under CCTV Surveillance. o Strict adherence to the Check-in and Check-out Time is requested to ensure sufficient time to clear up the premises before subsequent guests.
