Welcome to Chateaux Chamblee! A modern private suite without the hassle of overpriced Buckhead hotels. This spacious get-away is minutes from Brookhaven & the Chamblee Marta station, giving you direct access to all of the best amenities Atlanta has to offer. Perimeter Mall, The Battery (home of the Braves), and 285/85/75 corridors are just a short drive away. This 1 bed apartment boasts an open-concept design with an oversized bedroom and walk-out patio so you can enjoy your stay in leisure! The space This modern and luxurious 1 bedroom basement apartment was designed with 1 purpose in mind - your convenience! You have your own heating and AC unit, dedicated high-speed WiFi channel, queen-sized bed, living room, dining area, contactless entry, a fully functioning kitchenette with hotplate, microwave, and a Ninja grill/fryer. The unit is decorated with nic-nacks picked up from our travels to South America, Africa, and Asia. The Chateaux boasts 3 TVs with access to HBO, Netflix, Amazon Prime & YouTubeTV. The backyard is fenced-in and furnished with outdoor furniture for your enjoyment. Guest access As you drive up to the Chateaux, the driveway splits in two and guests can enjoy their own covered parking to the right-hand side. If you need room for additional cars, street parking is available as well. The upstairs is our family home, so we will be using the left-hand side of the drive. You can access the suite by walking around to the right side of the house, and down the stairs to the backyard, which is yours to enjoy throughout your stay. Other things to note Upstairs is our family home. We have a German Short-Haired Pointer named Wyatt who will happily greet your arrival with an excited "hello!" from inside. We also have an air mattress and extra linens in the closet should you need them.
