If you are looking for a home for your family and friends for a weekend or week of Lake Winni or skiiing at Gunstock, this is the perfect home and location for you. Just 10 mins from the Lake, Gunstock and The Pavilion, there couldn’t be a more perfect location and home. It’s a 3 BR in this home. Just minutes from Ellacoya State Park and plenty of room at the house to store the trailer/boat. This home has 3 bedrooms and can fit 8 people comfortably. The master bedroom has a king size bed and it’s own master bath. The second bedroom and third bedroom both have bunkbeds which can comfortable fit adults on the top and bottom bunks as they are full size. The beds also have trundles so if you have 10 guest with kids there is plenty of room. In the basement there is a pull out couch which can fit 1-2 more people comfortably. If couples are staying or people share beds you can fit comfortably 13-14 people. There is also a full bathroom in the hallway. There is a full kitchen and living room on the first floor as well as a bar area with barstools. There is a basement and laundry area below perfect for kids or a late night movie. There is a pull out sofa in the basement to fit more people or if the kids want to do there own thing. Outside is an oversized yard perfect for a late night firepit or just letting the kids run around. There is a firepit and BBQ provided. The entire home will be yours to enjoy!!! The neighborhood is a rural street, very private right next to an amazing Gilford walking trail. You have easy access to the Gilford beach’s and Skiing at Gunstock. There is a long driveway for multiple cars to park as well as a 2 car garage to use in the winter.
