Accommodations include one queen bed in the master bedroom, one twin bed in the second bedroom and a pull out couch in the living room. Included is a washer/dryer. All you need to explore the island and enjoy the beach is provided including two bicycles, a stroller, beach chairs, umbrella and sand toys. Golf carts, kayaks, paddle boards and more are available for rent nearby. Property provides one parking space. Access Peaks Island on the Casco Bay Ferry lines. A scenic fifteen minute ride on the passenger/car ferry from Portland. Guest access Guests have full access to this private home.
