About 70m. from the sea and 10 minutes walk from the centre of Roda. Supermarkets, beach bar, pool bar, restaurants and souvlaki place in a couple minute walk. In the centre of Roda and the area around, you can find all shorts of shops, pubs, ATM, pharmacist, boat, car and moto rentals, green bus and taxi point. Parking is free for the guests. Other things to note Stayover tax is obligatory by local law. It is paid in cash upon arrival and it costs 2€ per night. Air Conditioning is optional.The guest can choose whether to use it or not at an added cost of 7€ per night, paid in cash directly to the owner at the premises.
