Delightful 2 bed cottage in the heart of village

Situated in the heart of a rural village just a short stroll from the local footpaths where you can take in the beauty of the Norfolk countryside, the local pub is in easy reach to sample a local brew after a hard day's walk. Perfect for a family of 5 or couples alike. The stunning Norfolk coastline is easy to reach with the popular town of Wells-next-the-sea just a 25 minute drive away (if you are lucky you might see the local population of seals)! The space Our cottage has a comfortable lounge with a corner sofa, armchair and a 39" colour TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with: a kettle, toaster, pots/pans, microwave, kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery. There is also an iron and ironing board for your convenience. We do NOT supply oils, salt & pepper. NEW FOR 2024 we’re please to say we now have Wi-Fi at the cottage. Please note that bed linen, towels, hand soap and toilet paper are all included. Upstairs there are two pleasant bedrooms all with bedding (duvet and 2 pillows per bed) and white cotton bed linen. The master bedroom has a double bed, armchair, and dressing table. The second bedroom is quite small and consists of a double/single bunk bed. As well there is a bathroom with an individual stand-up shower. Please note: *THERE IS NO BATH* just a stand-up electric shower. Our cottage is the ideal place to use as a base for exploring the wider Norfolk area. As such this is a self catering entire cottage for up to 5 guests. We don't have all the bells and whistles such as egg cups or butter dishes but you will hopefully find everything you need for a comfortable stay and we pride ourselves on cleanliness. **WE DO NOT NEED A CARBON MONOXIDE TESTER AS THERE IS NO GAS IN THE PROPERTY** There is a free parking space outside the front of the property.
