Enjoy a Shotgun Home experience in centrally located Logansport. The home is a short walk across the bridge from Downtown Logansport. Coffee, dining and entertainment are less than 1 minute drive or 3 minute walk. The 2 story home features an open concept layout with 1 bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms. The space The home will always be clean and you will always receive clean linens. The main level features a work space area with a desk, dining room table, half bath and full kitchen. The second level features a living room, bedroom and full bathroom. The living room has a 70” Smart TV, large couch and Twin Bed. The bedroom is where the full size stacked washer and dryer are located and there are 2 twin beds in the room that can be pushed together or slept in separate. The full bathroom has a shower, no tub. Guest access The entire home is available for guests. There is on-street parking available directly in front of the home, on either side of the street. The home is located on a one-way street. There is also parking available in the rear of the home but it is in the grass and only recommended for Trucks or SUVs. Other things to note The home is not child proof and families should use caution when booking. There is plenty of space in the home for a family to feel comfortable. The beds are located on the 2nd level of the home, but a Twin size bed can be set up on the main level upon request. The full bathroom is located inside of the Bedroom on the 2nd level. The half bathroom is located on the main level. There will be no discounts if an insect is encountered on the property. That said, you may see ants, spiders, water bugs, mosquitos, bees, as well as lizards and birds. The home is located across the street from a river and located in town. The home is sprayed for bugs as a precaution, to ensure insects do not enter the home, please keep the doors/ windows closed at all times. There are no screens on the front windows of the home.
