The whole place can be rented which includes the living room, dining area, 3 bedrooms, kitchen, toilet and bath, parking space, outdoor dining space and of course the private pool. The backyard where the pool is very relaxing as it faces farm land and Mt. Banahaw. There's a very limited cellphone signal which makes it more peaceful as you try to disconnect from the city noise.
