Above Linz in a rural environment with a wide view of the Eifel mountains and adjacent to meadows and forests, our 95 sqm apartment is located on the 1st floor. The newly renovated apartment is fully furnished and equipped including bed linen, towels and wood for the fireplace. Children and dear pets are welcome. Bonn can be reached by car in 30 minutes; Cologne, Frankfurt in under 60 minutes. Long-term rentals at special prices are also possible. 2 dogs/cats allowed The space Open plan living area in the living room, dining area and the kitchen with access to the balcony. The 2nd bedroom is a walk-through room, ideal for children. The living room also has a sleeping sofa with the size of 140x200cm. Guest access Through the front door it goes over a staircase to the upper floor, in which the locked apartment is located. Other things to note The access to the apartment on the 1st floor is not barrier-free and can be reached via a staircase.
