Welcoming independent guest suite in EAST HOATHLY

Conveniently situated in the heart of the village, on a no-through lane, our guest suite has its own entrance and off street parking. Off the lobby area is a newly appointed (mains) shower room and w.c for guest use only. The bedroom looks out to the garden and has a very comfortable 5' king sized bed and a desk area. A continental breakfast. included, would be eaten in a private space with tea /coffee faciities on hand. (cooked breakfast available at an extra £5). The space Totally independent area, but co-hosts on hand in private part of the house if needed. During your stay Usually it will be my parents, Fran and Frank, who will be at the property while guests are staying. Other things to note Wifi is good. No t.v. Plenty of towels provided. Bottled water provided ( 1 per guest) Tea/coffee etc provided
