Self-sustaining house with a private pool on the beach

Bring your family to our house to enjoy a magnificent beach 4 minutes away on foot (nature reserve), a private pool and a spectacular barbecue area. You won't miss anything at home: living-dining room with large sofa and TV, air conditioning throughout the house and all the bedding. You can also use the children's room with a crib and toys for the little ones. Our house is self-sustaining so you will also take care of the planet. You'll love staying at home! The space Our house has 3 floors. The entrance to the house is through the 2nd floor, where there are 2 bedrooms (two single beds folded in both rooms and one of them child size), a bathroom and the garage. On the 1st floor is the living-dining room (a single room), the kitchen, a bathroom and 1 bedroom (2 single beds folded into one). The kitchen is fully stocked, and coffee lovers will enjoy using our Jura coffee maker. On the 3rd floor is the suite room (queen bed) with a full bathroom and walk-in closet. All floors have duct air conditioning and terraces. Guest access All areas of the house are private and accessible to guests. At night the outdoor areas light up automatically, creating a nice atmosphere. Other things to note It also has Wi-Fi throughout the house and television. As our house is self-sustaining, you can use solar energy both day and night. If you have an electric car, you can charge it in our garage. We also have a baby bath and a stroller at home.
