Our beautifully remodeled, professionally cleaned, pet-friendly Bassett home in North Haven, CT is located just minutes from Yale, Quinnipiac, UNH, SCSU, and Albertus as well as shopping, the best restaurants, hiking trails, state parks, many local attractions including Stony Creek Brewery and various vineyards. If you’re planning a business trip, a reunion, or a family gathering then our home can provide you with the ideal level of comfort during your time in Connecticut. The space This is an entire unit includes: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (1 queen, 1 full-sized bed, and 1 queen sleeper bed). This nicely remodeled North Haven house is on a nice-sized level lot features a bright light-filled open floor plan that has been tastefully redone with all new windows and doors, a complete electrical system upgrade, all new vinyl siding, and a generous laundry area with a stackable washer & dryer, new floors, and tile throughout. This house is conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants, and close to the highway/parkway so that getting to nearby hospitals is easy. It includes all utilities, a WiFi Roku TV (bring your own subscriptions). We are pet-friendly (there is a slight extra fee for pets) There is a washer & dryer on the premises for your use. Our nightly rate includes accommodations for up to 3 guests with 2 beds, an additional charge applies for each additional guest. Everyone who stays in this home loves it. Other things to note We are pet-friendly, BUT All pets must be approved by us in advance. Generally, only 2 mid-sized pets with a good disposition will be accepted. Guests must clean up after their pets (inside the home and outside), or they will be charged an extra cleaning fee. Tell us about your pets before booking. We charge $15 per/pet per night but will offer a volume discount on longer-term stays. No smoking of any kind is ever allowed in our house. Extended-stay guests with visits of 28 days or longer are required to have renters insurance. We do not allow alterations to the check-out date or times after a guest party has checked in. Instead, any request should be in the form of an additional reservation if there is availability. This home is in New England, where field mice are common, and while our house is super-clean, on rare occasions, mice have gotten into our house. This has happened as a result of guests leaving the exterior doors ajar (propped open) and unsealed containers of food in the cabinets and on the counters; mice will sneak in if the doors are left open. We employ professional extermination services to be proactive and have traps hidden in pet and child-safe areas of the house (like under the stove and in the basement). We do not have a rodent problem but wish to remain proactive, so if you are freaked out by the possibility of seeing a trap or an occasional mouse, then this place is not for you.
