You will have full use of the house 1st & 2nd floor. Wood floors. Clay painted walls. Spacious airy. Beautiful! LISTED FEE. Our rate covers the cost for 4 guests + cleaning fee. Airbnb adds hefty fees, taxes, etc, which can be considerable! Message us before booking for discounted options ADDITIONAL GUESTS. If you have more than 4 guests, there is a $5/person fee per night (above 4). Please enter the accurate number of guests when you book, so you receive an accurate calculation HEAT. This house is mainly heated via a wood stove + thick insulative curtains that are helpful to close at night--makes a big difference! We provide the first big load of firewood. In addition, each bedroom has its own heater COOLING. The house is cool at night with open windows & doors for maximum air flow. Windows have screens & fans. No AC STAFF INTERFACE. We'll pre-schedule times to water house plants about 2x week &/or get a tool from the basement. We will communicate clearly in advance so there are no surprises COURTYARDS. You'll have use of the beautiful backyard courtyards. Our friends may be staying next door so you may occasionally see others in the connected courtyard > there are two areas -one behind each house- so you won't be on top of each other LARGER GROUPS. We have 3 houses total. If you need more rooms/space, let us know.
