Quiet, tree lined street and only 1-2 blocks from the bustling 18th St restaurants/coffee shops etc. As an avid traveler, I always go with the 3 C’s (cleanliness, convenience and comfortability) so I understand the significance of staying in a clean, convenience and comfortable place during travels. I strive to provide the above and more! Spacious bedroom with a queen size bed: -Comfortable mattress and topper with comfortable pillows (Sealy and Tommy Bahama pillow brands) -Bedroom has a computer desk in the bedroom for those traveling for work with fast internet -Bar height dining table with comfortable bar height chairs -Kitchen is well appointed and has all kitchenware items to make a comfortable stay (pots & pans, plates, bowls, cups, cutlery, wine glasses, wine bottle opener, can opener, basic cooking ingredients, etc) -Bathroom recently renovated with a hair dryer -Iron, ironing board, one umbrella provided in the bedroom closet -Ninja Coffee Bar that makes delicious coffee -Tea kettle for tea lovers (black tea provided) -Flooring is hardwood (bedroom) and ceramic tiles throughout Apt -High speed internet via Xfinity/Comcast. -TV is a 42” flat screen that provides Netflix and Peacock Flex Box with hundreds of movies, shows, various tv networks etc (service provided by Comcast) -Sleep sound machine brand HoMedics that plays nature sounds. It’s a quiet street but it’s on the bedroom end table in case you want to use it. -Playing cards (a full deck) are also provided This cozy apt has everything (and more) you’ll need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay during your travels! Guest access Lockbox code will be provided on day of check in, usually within one hour prior to the 4pm check in time. Other things to note -Kindly remove shoes at the door (shoe rack by the front door). -Kindly wash dishes prior to checkout (choose 1 hour/express cleaning function on dishwasher if using dishwasher machine) -If kitchen trash can gets full during your stay, you may discard the trash bag outside trash bin. Pls close trash bin flushed shut/closed. LUGGAGE DROP OFF SERVICES: We recommend luggage drop off services such as Bounce, StoreMe or Stasher if you’d like to tour the city before or after the check out times. They are located throughout the city with many near DC landmarks. Services are affordable at approx $7-10/day with guests finding them extremely convenient. We understand last minute things come up and we strive to accommodate earlier check-ins or slightly later check-outs, however, we usually are not able to accommodate earlier check-ins or late check-outs due to the cleaners schedules. If you prefer to drive, please let us know in advance if you’ll need a parking pass for street parking. We can provide only one parking pass for your visit. We will need the following to request a pass on the DC portal: -license plate number and state of plate/tags -make, model and color of the vehicle. There is no printer in the property, so we highly recommend printing the pass prior to your arrival.
