Private Studio Suite 419 square feet of living space with a king bed and sofa bed, two person dinette set, fully equipped kitchenette, refrigerator, dishwasher, and washer & dryer. The studio suite has a partial living room area and a patio (lower floor) or balcony (upper floor) (note: no elevators) 18 steps to 2nd level Your room is assigned at check in, just like any hotel. so you can let the front desk know of any special requests, and they will do their best to accommodate your needs, depending on availability. Second floor access requires walk up 18 steps. • A $300 refundable security deposit is required at check-in (credit card only). • One rollaway bed is allowed per unit for $20 per night. • Free self-parking. Parking for RV’s is not available at this location. Property Management team has implemented enhanced cleaning protocols and disinfecting measures, including the use of hospital-grade, virus-killing products approved by the CDC and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. Other enhanced measures include: Multiple cleaning stations with hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes. Furniture spacing to encourage hanging out at a safe distance in common areas. Frequent cleaning and disinfection of public spaces and high-touch items. Protective masks per local and regional requirements (which they'll be happily smiling under).
