Our apartments are fully renovated and located in the heart of the tourist area of Kato Paphos. It is within 5 minutes walking distance from the beach front and next to many restaurants and shops, allowing you to enjoy your holidays to the maximum. The space There is a main building door which opens with a code. Once inside, you may drop off your luggage if you arrive earlier than the check-in time. Once upstairs, you will find a free to use washing machine that is available for the tenants of all 3 apartments. Please be respectful to the other guests when using it by not leaving your clothes in the washing machine for long after it has finished. This apartment has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, with a very spacious and beautifully designed living room and kitchen area combined together. A comfortable sofa bed is also provided in the living room that sleeps 2 more guests. Then each apartment has its own private entrance with everything you will need for your vacations in Paphos! Each apartment has its own private balcony. We have also installed a filtering system in the already existing drinkable water tap, so you wont need to worry about buying bottled water every day. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment. Communal use of the washing machine in the hall. Other things to note The apartments are conveniently located in the heart of Kato Paphos (tourist area). Please be informed that it is possible to hear the music from the bars nearby in the evenings.
